visiting this morning's blog & Strawberry Jelly cioccolato.blogspot.com , I stumbled upon a recipe fast and tasty that I proposed to my audience today at lunch appetizer. I made some changes to requirements. Now I put the ingredients, however, the original recipe found here .
ingredients:

grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons flour
chives salt
I did not put the milk 'cause I lasciatoi 50 g cheese in piu' having regard to the 250, gr tenere50 annoys me around the fridge ..
I mixed ricotta, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt and cut grass with scissors, then I buttered and dusted with bread crumbs for good 5 crème caramel aluminum molds (I have those of aluminum, not disposable and are more 'children), filled 3 / 4 and put in oven at 160 x 20/25 min.
Besides I got a little knot of sausage, made toast and added two red onions, gradient with red wine, salt and cook.
then I had the insides of zucchini 'cause I made the stuffed zucchini and good economy, annoys me throw them out, I sliced, browned with garlic oil and a bit' of wine, added very little milk and a leaf mint.
Once ready the pie, I flipped over and I put the vegetables in accompaniment. a success!
