was so long that I wanted to propose to "my public" on Saturday morning (sin missing Cynthia) cake with pears and chocolate, but a special version ... I found a recipe for Pinellas , is the legendary Pinella, who long ago Coquinaria public on this wonderful pie. I take a nice piece of lean beef, or sirloin or walnut, I put a lot 'of extra virgin olive oil in a pan, high and narrow, a heaping tablespoon of green pepper in salamoia(senza la salamoia!),massaggio un po' la carne con sale fino(se avete quello rosa o altro va' benissimo) e metto dentro al tegame,su fuoco vivace e faccio fare una sorta di crosticina intorno, tutto questo per un decina di minuti. Faccio raffreddare e poi taglio con l'affettatrice. Nel caso fosse troppo al sangue passare ancora sul fuoco quelche minuto. A volte lo taglio anche caldo. mettere poi sopra l'olio di cottura. Ottimo!

Passo all'elenco: sono metereopatica,adoro il mare e non mi piace la mountain, I can not stand the impacts and arrogant people, sometimes just listening and piece of text (I put myself forward !!!), are lengthy, I think troppissimo, I have no half-measures, I need to sleep so much (although it is always reserves) are not selfish (and many times' a flaw ...), I love the pizza and beer (and they are intolerant).

The recipe can be found directly here and say I did as Cinzietta except that I did do the bottom with 60 g biscuit, 60 g of macaroons, 50 grams of dark chocolate melted in 60 g of butter. the pan was 23 cm. It 's a sweet that is' well served in both summer and winter but it' s good that this is a mini freschino .. successful experiment thanks Cinzietta ...
